Hey y'all,
It's full blown travel season - hurrah!
BUT that means jumpin in and out of the ole aero-planes,
which means frequent altitude change / air pressure,
which means dry dull skin,
which leads me to....
ta da da da da DAAAA!
My fave homemade travel remedy:
The face refresher.
I'm going to show you how to make your very own for the road.
It's full of good stuff and is an instant picker upper!
Step 1:
Assemble your ingredients.
You'll need:
an empty travel size water spray bottle ,
(make sure it's 3oz or less if you plan on carrying on your luggage)
Mario Badescu Vitamin C Serum,
Mario Badescu Rose Hip Nourishing Oil,
fresh Aloe Vera.
and Evian bottled water.
Step 2:
Add one full dropper of Mario Badescu Vitamin E Serum into the empty water spray bottle.
Step 3:
Add 10-20 drops of Mario Badescu Rose Hip Nourishing Oil.
Note that this 'oil' is not actually oily. However, for those with oilier skin, you can most definitely leave out this ingredient if you wish.
Step 4:
Break open fresh Aloe Vera, peel skin, and scoop up some gel into bottle. It's up to you how much to put in - I generally like putting a couple of fingernail sized pieces in there.
Step 5:
Fill the rest of the water spray bottle with Evian bottled water.
Step 6:
Put top back on water spray bottle and shake vigorously and spray away!
Feels good, doesn't it?
Enjoy! :)
